Check-in is between 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. Check-out is at 3:00 p.m.
Please give time of arrival. For late arrival, please notify us.
Deposit
A 50% prepayment is required.
Cancellation Policy
A $20 service fee will be charged for all cancellations. If more than 30 days notice is given, full payment less the service fee will be refunded. If less than 30 days notice, payment will be refunded if room is re-rented, OR your deposit could be credited to any future reservation you schedule within 13 months, less the service fee. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
Pets
Due to wildlife concerns no pets are allowed.
